    Exchanges & Returns

    Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from  DO OR DIE. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.

    *If your item(s) was purchased from one of our Affiliates, it will need to be exchanged or returned to that specific location, Do or Die does not accept returns or exchanges from orders placed through a reseller, e.g. bjjhq.com, rollmore.com

    EXCHANGES

    If you purchased an item from DO OR DIE.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item, within 30 days of receiving the shipment, to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. To get a new item sent out to you please follow the link at the bottom of this page to pay for shipping. All exchanges are dependent on current stock, do Please check availability on doordie.com or by emailing orders@DOorDIE.com

    RETURNS

    Item(s) purchased from DO OR DIE.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
